Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,
The month of August is dedicated to in growing our devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This particular devotion is desired by our Lord Jesus. We know this due to what our Lady stated as part of the series of apparitions of our Blessed Mother to the shepherd chil-dren at Fatima. Our Blessed Mother stated that Jesus wanted to establish devotion to her Immaculate Heart.
During the June 13, 1917 apparition, the Virgin Mary stated to the children: “Jesus wants to use you to make me known and loved. He wishes to establish devotion to my Immaculate Heart throughout the world. I promise salvation to whoever embraces it. These souls will be dear to God, like flowers put by me to adorn His Throne.”
During the July 13, 1917 apparition, the Virgin Mary stated to the children: “You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.”
One way to help us grow in devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is to pray a litany in her honor. This week, let us pray the Litany of Our Lady of Loreto in honor of our Blessed Mother. May this Litany be an offering of reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary! Let us ask our Blessed Mother for the Grace to do what Jesus wants: to grow in devotion to her Immaculate Heart and to make reparation to her Immaculate Heart for offenses against her!

the glorious intercession of the Blessed Mary, ever Virgin, be delivered
from present sorrow and enjoy eternal happiness. Through

Through the intercession of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate
Heart of Mary, St. Joseph, St. Michael and St. Paul, may all people
throughout the world be granted the Graces of Divine Mercy and
the Peace of the Sacred Heart of Jesus!
